Quality Improvement Coordinator
Current• Provide consultation to leaders, managers, and caregivers in establishing quality goals, identifying barriers, developing outcomes-oriented work plans, implementing changes, analyzing results, documenting measurable progress, and graphically displaying information;• Partner with multiple teams across the organization to coordinate improvements in quality, workflows, and analytics;• Analyze clinical quality performance (EOCCO and PCPCH measures) by designing and executing analytic approaches and providing analytical support to quality improvement teams; • Review evidence, research, and available data to coordinate risk and opportunity assessments in order to select projects and areas of focus;• Oregon CAH peer review program coordinator
