Current- Manage all aspects of the company’s branding, marketing and communications
- Ownership of Reflex Marketing CRM; creating, maintaining and updating customer records
- Develop templates for vendor-specific as well as category e-mailings to Reflex Marketing customer
- Create segmented emails based on the recipient profile; manage opt-outs, return path and CAN-SPAM compliance
- Report on email metrics such as open and click-through rates, while A/B testing subject lines
- Manage all aspects of broadcast email, from content collection, landing page construction and lead generation
