Assist in finding prospects and leadsIdentify new sales opportunities

•Provides necessary information to customers and clients by presenting options according to customer’s requirements.•Provides new information on product features and advantages•Prepares quotations to customers and corporate clients and conducts necessary follow ups.•Attends to biddings when necessary.•Handles and maintains cash flow and all business-related transaction records. (in alignment and coordination with operation supervisor)•Balances transaction records (SBA and Invoice 2000) and Cash on Hand daily•Accurately records all business transactions daily in the system to include sales, expenses and purchases (cash inflow and outflow)•Provides sales report to Management daily and monthly•Keeps accounting records and coordinates with bookkeeper and accountant regularly.•Management of merchandise, stocks and supplies by leading the conduct of weekly inventory of stocks.•Prepares Purchase Order of merchandise weekly based on requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:•Create documents and materials crucial to the company (flyers, letterheads, and calling cards)•Deposit cash and checks to the bank.•Entertains queries raised by customers via phone or in sales area.•Assist customers in several office applications and desktop publishing.•Maintains harmonious relationship with customers, co-employees and to the management.
