Program Coordinator, Skills For Education And Employment (See)
Current⇒ Coordinate all aspects of the SEE Program (Skills for Education and Employment), the initiative of the Department of Education delivered by accredited providers. ⇒ Responsible for the administration of Program delivery in Inner Metro Melbourne and South East and Peninsula and regional Victoria, with the program delivered to 1000+ students at 24 sites. • Coordinate data collection, recording and reporting across AMES and partner sites: ensure maintenance of accurate information records related to the student life cycle, check and submit financial claims from sites, transfer data and performance reporting for AMES management.• Event Management: organise and represent AMES Australia at the SEE Providers Network meetings. Coordinate invitation of attendees and guest speakers, catering, venues set up, prepare agendas and take minutes.• Interaction with government organisations: liaise with the Department of Education and the Department of Human Services referrals and client participation requirements for the SEE Program.• Training: provide program training and support to AMES and consortium partners:▹ consult staff and subcontractors on eligibility requirements, ▹ provide training on maintaining document database for compliance purposes, ▹ deliver centralised training on the program's requirements, ▹ conduct on the job training on the Department of Education management information system (SEE Online) for AMES staff.
