Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted users.Supervised the completion of more than 525 server rebuilds. I also supervised the complete conversion from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 server and from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 servers. Assisted in the completion of the Alt Token, PKI and HBSS update of all servers in the entire Enterprise.Supervised the Alpha testing of all new patches and hotfixes on a selected number of servers each before the deployment to all Enterprise servers, ensuring that all patches and hotfixes are packaged corrected for each server type in our environment.
