- Oversees the inventory team and warehouse employees.- Document and track daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory- Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures- Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.- Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.- Evaluating new inventory, ensuring it’s ready to ship- Monitors demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.- Hire and train new employees

- Perform day to day desktop and laptop hardware and software support- Deploy laptops and desktops for onsite and offsite company users.- Daily utilization of VNC for remote troubleshooting solution.- Setup and troubleshoot company email on users’ Apple iPhone and Android Smartphones.- Install, configure and support MS Office 2010 and 2013.- Manage (create, delete, password reset, etc.) domain active directory users account.- Manage users’ access to the file server and network file share resources.- Install, upgrade and configure network wireless and wired equipment.- Install, configure and manage networked MFPs, local printers, and scanners.- Monthly inventory management of over 200 of systems, replacement, and parts.

- Resolve hardware and software configuration related issues.- Manage Company graphical software licensing.- Maintain and update the digital photo and templates library database monthly.- Configure and troubleshoot users’ graphical design environment/profile.- Resolve systems wired and wireless network connections related issues.- Install, configure and maintain networked plotters, printers, and scanners.- Perform asset management processes.
