I assumed the role of a leader, providing guidance and organization within the Exterior module focused on the development of new engineering systems and components. In my capacity as a team manager, I undertake the tasks of project planning, team supervision, and progress reporting. My objective is to ensure that our module successfully tackles every challenge it encounters, adhering to both strict timelines and the highest quality standards. This requires collaboration across various technical domains, adaptation to new processes, and serving as the primary liaison with the vehicle program team and the suppliers alltogether.Additionally, I had hands-on experience in controlling program component costs and overseeing attribute management. With a strong Technical background, my involvement extends to engineering development and contributing to the correct program delivery.

Responsible for leading of the sub system engineers and for delivering all aspects of defined components and interfaces within exterior the system. Key tasks:- Establishing the team work plan- Ensuring progress is made by following up actions with their owners.- Publishing minutes from each meeting- Ensuring that programme timing objectives are met- Communicating team progress to management- Ensuring that issues are addressed and closed off- Ensuring that issues that cannot be resolved are escalated to Module Leader- Identifying all risks to the programme

- Review engineering diagrams, CAD data and drawings to ensure standards and expectations of new requests and tooling are met. Give feedback to either external suppliers and or other teams as appropriate.- Provide support to ensure the resolution of production issues and corrective actions are implemented- Propose or feedback on engineering changes to ensure product quality and implement Best Practice and cost downs (DFM / DFA)- Collecting, reviewing, and assimilating large quantities of data from multiple sources.- Attend regular project status meetings to ensure the requirements are being developed appropriately, with respect to the overall project timeline- Think, understand and resolve complex problems that arise when new projects are being evaluated, implemented, and integrated into existing processes. - Presentation, Communication and negotiation ranging from shop floor to Board Room level.

•Lead a team of CAD designers into creating automotive bumpers. •Take part in design reviews, study and give feedback to the supplier for the style surfaces . •Discuss fixation and locating strategy with the team and chose the best concept. •Create key presentations to support chosen concepts in client meetings. •Create, follow progress, and feedback task lists for the team . •Create 3d draft models or 2D sections for the CAD team to follow. •Deliver a steady constant workflow to the team and make sure each member has the right job•Deliver clear reports regarding project evolution to the Group Leader. •Make sure both Client's and Internal gateways are passed.

I started as a CAD technician, but over the course of the years I managed to develop myself and play a key role in assuring the quality and feasibility of the technical solutions provided by the design engineering team for the M0 range (Dacia Logan, MCV, Sandero, Stepway, Duster) or joint ventures (LADA). Over the last months worked here, I took on leading an offshore CAD team and was also responsible of helping the newcomers with team accommodation and internal procedures.It was my favourite workplace yet and it's where I learned the most.My responsibilities (which increased over time) were:•Design of interior and exterior trims; •Designing the 3D models for the parts in my perimeter; •Elaborating the 2D plans for all the parts design by the design engineering team; •Responsible for all the modifications of the exterior trims during the development and industrialization phases;•Assuring the technical and economic convergence with the suppliers;•Responsible for the training of the new members of the design engineering team;•Validating the technical solutions proposed by the team ‘s members;•Technical check list and design review; •Distributing the workload of the design engineering team;•Ensuring the application of Renault design rules, specifications and standards for the technical perimeter;
