Main duties performed • Making yearly Honda motorcycle business plan & strategy. • Set area wise target and monitoring achievement against target. • Develop Yearly business plan, yearly budget and cash flow. • Monthly marketing plan and implementation. • Frequently field visit monitoring all compliance with all POSM and operating procedures like Enquiry maintain and follow-up, accounts register, motorcycle register, spare parts register, attendance register, Expenditures register to facilitate effective sales operation. • Market analysis and find out the improvement area by SWOT analysis. • Review job description and KRA of all field staffs. • Monitoring and controlling stock and cash flow. • Regular close follow-up of competitor’s activities • Any other responsibility delegated by the management.

Specially keep close eyes on the competitors' activities;=> Arrange for any types of promotional campaigns or training program in the respective area;=> Act to achieve overall sales target and achieve individual sales target;=> Designing brand campaigns;=> Working with marketing agencies and suppliers; => Retail branding strategies;
