With the aim of validating and ensuring the integration of the future assembly processes within Airbus (Deterministic Assembly), I participate in all technical reviews to guide all stakeholders into a common framework, and to follow all the actions, deliverables, risks and planning.Recently nominated as a PriMED coach (PRocess Industrial Maturity Enhanced Demonstration), to bring this methodology to the Deterministic Assembly Project.I also participate in the new Smart Component definition that will allow a faster new aircraft program development by a co-development phase and the use of libraries of parametric components.
