Sales Project Coordinator (Bilingual)
Current• Coordinate a variety of account projects with Project Manager.• Assist in resolving client issues; assess and document results to ensure overall customer satisfaction.• Develop and maintain relationships with current clients. Collaborate with customer contacts to define needs and provide solutions. Assist in managing all client expectations.• Identify and target new business sales opportunities from existing clients. Promote new products and service to accounts.• Communicate with multiple parties, which may include, cities/municipalities, subcontractors, vendors, procurement, scheduling, design, etc., to meet targets and keep projects on track.• Provide input and assistance in sales and marketing presentations.• Manage the data tracker to ensure it is up to date with the most current accurate information.• Keep up to date on product and industry knowledge, manufacturing and installation of the various products.• Assist with the collection of Accounts Receivables as needed.
