My continual focus on fostering a positive, sales-driven culture aligns with the store's mission and values.My key responsibilities include:* Specialized Roles within the role of Assistant Manager * Human Resource Store Captain * Serving as the HR captain for the store, I manage the hiring process and create/manage the store's scheduling to align with operational/sales coverage needs. * Store Beer Manager * As the Store Beer Manager, I coordinate and manage beer vendor tastings and facilitate store merchandising directives on a weekly basis. * Food Engagement Coordinator * Food Engagement Coordinator for our team’s weekly food and beverage purchases.* Customer Experience and Sales Development * My role also includes focusing on enhancing the customer experience, brand loyalty, and community relationships through engaging with customers in our store and events. * On a weekly basis, I consistently cultivate a sales-focused environment during my shift through continuous development of team members, driving performance and growth.* Innovation and Creativity Support * My role also includes empowering team members to innovate and excel around providing customers with a great experience while achieving our store numeric goals. * Operational and Merchandising Oversight * Oversee beer merchandising displays and company directives. * I assist with managing staffing levels, training, store inventory, product ordering, and vendor relationship management.* Performance Management and Team Development * I lead and participate in performance management, including reviews, and engaging in career development discussions, enhancing team satisfaction and retention.
