As the issuing and acquirer management lead for West and Central Africa, I drive Issuance and usage of Verve cards in these markets. I also leverage key partnerships to increase the number of touch points where Verve cards are accepted.Highlights:• Development of strategic plans for 9 commercial banks within Nigeria to drive issuance of Verve cards and transactional growth. Achieved a 56% growth in Issuance and 33% growth in transaction revenue from previous year• Execution of Issuance in designated countries in West and Central Africa. Currently have achieved 17% growth in 6 months• Leverage key partnerships with enablers within the ecosystem to facilitate smooth onboarding of new Verve members in West & Central Africa and quick turnaround time on the delivery of Verve cards to the end user.• Key account management with partner banks which consists of Tier 1 banks• Development of growth strategies to achieve revenue growth within financial institutions in West and Central Africa• Currently running a project to deploy robust loyalty platform to drive transactions.

Achieved a revenue growth of 95% within 1 year. • Drove Verve acceptance across Saccos in East Africa achieving over 90% acceptance of Verve cards in Kenya and grew acceptance to 60% in Uganda • Lead Cross border acceptance project for East Africa, which will aid in facilitating trade between Kenya and Uganda

• Managed Verve member relationships with 3 commercial banks. In this role I developed and implemented initiatives to drive issuance of Verve cards. Achieved 2.6m+ newly issued cards for partner banks within my purview revenue growth of over 50% annual growth. N1BN. • Onboarded a new commercial bank as a Verve member, enabling them to successfully Issue and acquire Verve cards.• Drove Issuance of Verve cards in East Africa and achieved a total of 160,000+ cards in Kenya and Uganda which was a 113% growth. • Actively participated in the launch of the Verve Global card which is accepted in 185 countries including the US, UK and Dubai. This is a first for an African domestic card scheme. • Worked with internal departments in the enhancement of Verve Paycode(card-less solution) to enable its issuance and acceptance in Kenya and Uganda.
