For over twenty years, I have led NEXT LEVEL, an entertainment company that specializes in organizing big cultural, sports, and congress events and shows in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other countries in the CEE region. As the Managing Director, I oversee the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution/showcalling of all major projects, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.In addition to my role at NEXT LEVEL, I co-founded Hithit.com, the biggest reward-based crowdfunding website in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since 2012, I have been hunting great projects and promoting Hithit.com at universities, start-up meetings, and other platforms for creative people. Furthermore, I worked as a show producer at the Red Bull Air Race World Championship from 2014 to 2019, where I planned, co-organized, and hosted many on-ground shows and side acts for this global event. I am also a lecturer at the Faculty of Business Administration at the Economic University of Prague, where I share my expertise and experience in event production and crowdfunding with students and aspiring entrepreneurs.
