He served 20 years for IBM in multiple executive positions, including IBM General Manager/CEO positions in Czech Republic, Turkey and Poland & Baltics, Vice-president System Hardware IBM Central&Eastern Europe (CEE) division, Vice-president General Business & Industries IBM CEE responsible for sales of complete IBM portfolio (Hardware, Software and Services, approx. 2.0 Billion USD revenue), covering Russia and CIS countries, Turkey, Poland, Baltics, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and South East Europe countries.Ales has an extensive experience working in the complex and diverse environment in terms of languages, legal frames and cultural differences.
