Successfully introduced training strategy for big data and data analytics for all departments. As next step introduce data sharing with external partners (B2B customers or marketplace sellers) and effective new data feeds integration. - Digital Transformation - develop a new digital business model for Conrad Group (IoT platform) which represents disruption of existing retail models and creates new business opportunities in the digital world. In this model we offered new digital services to B2C/B2B customers and also via PaaS enabling other companies fast launch from their IoT applications.
