Reports to the Executive Research & Development Director | Team: 40 people.• In addition to the functions described below, accumulated the DTV (Design to Value) process and Research and Product and Material Intelligence areas;o Definition and approval of Research strategy aligned to Group Innovation Strategy; technological roadmap construction to attend the R&D project portfolio;o Elaboration of multi-area report with trends to inspire & lead the future launch pipeline of the Group;o Contributions to analyses of new deals, companies and startups M&A;o Management of materials introduction and technical analysis of them (packaging materials and raw materials), ensuring performance, safety, sustainability and cost gains;o Monitoring DTV (Design to Value) studies & results, ensuring insights for the assertive products development.

Reported to the Executive Research and Development Director | Team: 25 people.• Structured the Product Design, Innovation and Sustainability area, which was created to be a Research & Development innovation catalyst, considering lean-startup model and founded on concepts such as psychological security, diversity, responsible autonomy, transparency and trust, personal/professional life equilibrium; • Responsible for evolution and updating of strategic product Innovation, Design and Sustainability guidelines, identifying opportunities for new business and collaboratively promoting innovation among the various areas; • Built and managed stakeholders and strategic internal partners (Strategy, Marketing, Tech etc.) and external (suppliers, consultants, universities, research-centers etc.) in several innovation projects and initiatives; • Participated in development and implementation of the startup acceleration program called GB Ventures, in the company Digital Transformation program and structuring ESG Governance in R&D and Operations VP; • Led high-performance teams, was responsible for indicator and target (OKR) management, budget management and risk management.

Reported to the Research& Development Senior Manager | Team: 15 people.• Worked with various cosmetics categories; main functions performed: o Managing, planning and monitoring resources allocated in development projects;o Developing the team, building a good work environment and helping people in technical & strategic issues;o Identifying, promoting and coordinating product innovation and continuous-improvement actions to drive business results;o Establishing and managing the stakeholders’ network with internal and external stakeholders to delivery to the customers the ideal product considering price, technical and ESG attributes and innovation.

• Built the team (8 people), created management rituals, established research-project processes and governance, as well as developing a set of indicators to measure area results; made various important product-category deliveries.

• Worked on national and international projects, evaluating regulatory, technical and market aspects for the launch of innovative products; analyzed scenarios and assessed project impacts on category (skin care) strategy; constant interfacing with various company areas, expanding systemic view of the chain; cosmetic product development by executing and monitoring product stability, efficacy and safety tests; participation in product cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects in conjunction with various internal stakeholders and external partners.• In 2005 had an internship opportunity in Paris, France, sponsored by the company, learning more about skin-cell cultivation and in-vitro product/ingredient testing, later applied to the Chronos Line.

• Worked at the cosmetic application laboratory, organizing work processes and drafting standard operational procedure, manipulating varied Hair items and carrying out physical-chemical tests for stability and efficacy in humans.
