Provide leadership and administrative support to a team of Investigations specialists and manage them to meet and exceed service levels and targets.Encourage career conversations to develop employees and their skill sets, set SMART goals and identify growth opportunities. Participate in Process Improvement projects, including quality, productivity, or customer experience.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and deliver sustainable solutions.Analyze the key levers of the business to identify trends and proactively take action to improve efficiency and quality results.

Investigate suspected infringement of intellectual property rights.Handle IP enforcements and post-enforcement appeals from Sellng Partners and suspend/reinstate their account/listing.Execute weekly auditing task including proactive and system defect quality audits.Analyze weekly quality reports and collaborate with Business partners (Legal teams, Risk Management, Quality team, ACES team).Participate in process improvements projects and escalations to improve our internal investigation processes.

Perform internal controls over financial transactions, within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Assist Vendors with the issue of invoices, debit memos and credit memos.Handle inquiries regarding invoices discrepancies (quantity or price variance) and their dispute.Analyze agreements subscribed by Vendors.Process accounts reconciliation and banking details updates.

Provide support with the account management and the online catalogue to global partners.Manage purchase orders shipment.

Passenger Services (B2C):- Manage flight reservations, sales, rebookings, refunds and special service requests.- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries such as complaints, compliments and claims, via phone and e-mail. - Offer airport support in case of emergency situations like flight irregularities.Service to businesses (B2B):- Provide support with fare calculations, ticketing and other queries from Travel Agencies.

- Take care of passengers onboard and ensure their comfort and safety.- Provide a good promotion of the products available for purchase onboard.- Ensure that all cash is handled securely.- Administer first aid to passengers or coordinate first aid efforts, where needed.
