As an Analyst of Training and Development for the LATAM region, I work closely with HR Business Partners to develop training programs for Brazil and the LATAM region. In this partnership, we identify key competencies and areas of development needed, ensuring that the training initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategies and policies. We create relevant training programs and provide ongoing support for implementation and evaluation. This collaborative approach promotes an effective learning environment and drives employee development.Additionally, I am responsible for providing support in the annual strategic planning and daily administrative control of the entire training structure of the LATAM Sales and Services Academy. This involves ensuring resource availability, monitoring training progress, and ensuring that goals are met.Currently, I am responsible for the implementation of the Global SuccessFactors Training System throughout Latin America, reporting directly to our headquarters in Germany. This project involved mapping processes, configuring the system, training users, and ensuring the effective adoption of SuccessFactors as the central platform for training management throughout the region.
