Alessandra is an experienced litigator with a technical science background and a track record of successful outcomes in and out of court. Alessandra handles all aspects of strategic counseling, diligence, litigation, negotiations, and dispute resolution including settlement. Alessandra has obtained positive results for clients in a wide range of industries including e-commerce, fashion and retail, UI/UX design, social media and marketing, apparel and footwear, personal care/beauty/wellness, non-profits, mechanical and consumer products, power tools, manufacturing, automotive, smartphone hardware and software, IoT, computer networking, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals. Alessandra leverages her technical background and expertise to advise clients in rapidly growing emergent industries like digital assets and cannabis.
