- Relationship with Brazilian listed companies - mainly with IROs and C-Level;- Develop research and studies regarding stock market subjects, such as: stock negotiation, volatility, corporate governance, investors targeting studies, shareholders list, etc;- Engage in new regulatory standards and capital markets development (example: CVM Instruction 476, for stock public offering with restrict selling efforts, remote voting system in shareholders general meetings, etc);- Relationship with law firms and regulators;- Public speaker, representing B3 in conferences, workshops and panels;- Responsible for the department’s strategy, developing value proposition for listed companies to enhance their experience in capital markets infrastructure;- Customer success.

Develop and engage in the department’s activities, such as: presentations for internal and external publics (management and shareholders), earnings releases (quarterly and annual results), peers studies (operational and financial metrics), compliance with CVM and Stock Exchange rule.

- Develop and participate of financial analysis, supporting strategy projects;- Research development related to capital markets and corporate governance.

- Participate in the stocks recommendation’s reports;- Prepare the daily brokerage house report, focused on Stock Exchange performance, mainly affected by relevant events, macroeconomics indicators, foreign news, etc.
