I have more than 30 years in financial industry and my main knowledge were developed in capital market products such as foreign exchange (FX), OTC Derivatives, Listed Derivatives and Fixed Income. In regards processes, I have a depth knowledge on Brazilian Capital Market infrastructure such as B3, SELIC, and Brazilian Payment System (SPB).Since 2008 I have been working for HSBC Bank Brasil, initially as operations manager, providing operations support for corporate bonds and OTC Derivatives, where I was responsible to manage 12 direct reports. In 2011, I was invited to be the Head of Global Banking Markets Operations, managing 30 people.My main objectives was to re-structure and aggregate areas organizing according to the complexity of the deals and the need of the bank have been one of my most challenges.I have been working for Citi since 2015 managing Markets Operations, leading process like Derivatives, Fixed Income and Money Markets.
