Prior to this role, I led key skincare category launches within Advanced Night Repair, Nutritious & Perfectionist franchises for the Estée Lauder brand. In this role, I successfully onboarded team members, improved project management process & drove change through leading new platform adoption and ways of working changes for the category. Before joining the Estée Lauder brand, I led promotional and body category launches for Origins, supporting key high-traffic moments, as well as led execution on the lip category for MAC, launching the “speed-to-market” collaboration with Brandon Maxwell for his Spring 2019 runway show, and the Powder Kiss lipstick franchise, which became a key hero product. Before joining The Estée Lauder Companies in 2016, I participated in the L’Oréal USA Management Development Program, focusing on manufacturing. I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from Manhattan College, where I studied abroad in both London and Florence. An EU dual citizen, I am conversational in Italian, and enjoy mentoring undergraduate engineering students at my alma mater.
