Drafted two 5-year BID action plans by analyzing business issues and developing detailed projects to address streetscape, public safety, image & marketing and business advocacy. Directed all business engagement activities. Established BID governance and funding structures and developed strong relationships with essential decision makers. Briefed Council Executive and senior staff and managed consultants, staff workload, budgeting, project planning and reporting.Both BIDS successfully voted for by businesses.
