During the three conferences I was in charge of, I made sure that the next year would always be bigger, greater and run more smoothly than the previous year.I continued to work on the conference a year after I had finished my studies so as to train my replacement.Assignments have included:- Creation of a website for the conference in collaboration with Copenhagen University's tech-support.- Maintenance of said website in Obvious CMS, including some HTML.- Creation and maintenance of standard processing systems for handling 170+ attendees signing up.- External communication with conference attendees and contributors.- Leading the group of student workers (6+) and the organizational committee (5) prior to and on the day of the conference.Main focus:- Process optimization- Leadership- Internal and external communication- Getting things done Show less
