In my current job, I oversee getting medications from the shelf to thepatient. In my communication with pharmaceutical companies and pharmacists, I have learned about the uses for several drugs, as well as the clinical trials, production, supply chain, and distribution required for drugs to be available.

During my time in undergrad, I served as vice president of finance for McGill University's Agricultural & Environmental Sciences Undergrad Society (AESUS). In this leadership position I had many roles including project management, setting schedules and goals, preparing and maintaining budgets, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring team efficiency.

During this contract, I adopted skills for gathering and interpreting data, and then using that data towards implementing change.

This management opportunity allowed me to practice leadership, statistically quantify our team's productivity, and use soft skills to guide our team.

In this position, I learned how to multitask effectively and how to maximize efficiency by balancing speed and quality.
