I am an undergraduate student at UNC Charlotte, set to graduate in May 2024. My academic pursuits include a double major in Communication Studies with a focus on Mass Media and Spanish with a specialization in English-Spanish translation, complemented by a minor in Journalism.My professional journey has equipped me with diverse skills in hospitality, collaborative problem-solving, and leadership development. From my roles at Dairi-O to my current position as a Resident Advisor at UNC Charlotte, I have honed my abilities in these areas. Additionally, I have delved into social media management, particularly in analytics and marketing, through a comprehensive course in Personal Branding and Professional Social Media Management during the Summer of 2023. Furthermore, I possess foundational knowledge in Adobe InDesign, acquired through coursework in graphic design in Fall 2022.As a native Spanish speaker, I am passionate about connecting with the language and my culture. I am currently pursuing certification as a Spanish-English translator, which I anticipate completing by May 2024.In my career aspirations, I am eager to leverage my creativity and strategic thinking in a Human Resources role, contributing to workplace management and fostering business growth. I am also keen on opportunities in Event Planning, where I can translate visions into reality and nurture relationships with suppliers and customers to drive business expansion.
