I am a passionate and socially engaged art professional with 15 years of experience working in the arts in the UK and internationally, devising and delivering art and cultural projects by a diverse range of artists. My career has spanned established commercial galleries in London, as well as major galleries spearheading art from Africa, its Diaspora and the Global South.Prior to this, I led a private art museum and worked in collection management, art writing, and the publishing industry. I hold an MA in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths College, University of London, along with postgraduate qualifications from Christie's Education and Sotheby's Institute of Art.Currently, I’m excited to be studying a post-graduate course in Creative Health at UCL’s Arts and Science Department. Creative Health is an emerging field that explores the health and wellbeing benefits of creativity and cultural engagement. I look forward to applying this new knowledge to my future projects and collaborations, especially as I continue exploring the positive impact of the arts on the wellbeing of communities and individuals.I am passionate about making art accessible to wider audiences and using creativity as a tool for meaningful change.
