Responsible for the sub-contracting machines: management of the bidding process and work orders. Activities: - Quotation of the sub-contracting machines based on the Tender documents and specifications;- Analysis of the bid;- Technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers;- Full preparation of the work orders;- Coordination of supplier’s activities with the company’s functions involved in the process (Sales Department, Buying Department, Project Management and Technical Department); - Audit activity assistance to the pre-delivery inspections at the supplier plant;- Management of the non-conformity and relevant upgrades through the Line Acceptance tests.

Layout and plant planning.Activities abroad:a) Visit to customer plant to manage the technical parts in the bidding process;b) Audit activity assistance to start–up of bottling line.
