This innovative service focused on crafting entirely personalized experiences based on our users' unique interests, positioning us as a leader in tailored offerings. Within just 8 months, this new business line became one of our top revenue-generating areas. To support its rapid growth, I hired and led a dedicated Customer Care Team, streamlined operational processes, and enhanced the UX experience, ensuring a seamless, profitable, and customer-focused journey.
