(Following the reopening of the museum post mandated closure due to COVID-19) Open and close the galleries; oversee team of 20+ gallery attendants, help patrons with interactive exhibits and attractions; maintain the safety of guests, staff, and artwork throughout the exhibitions; write nightly reports to distribute interdepartmentally including to the CEO, onboard and train new gallery staff, complete and support all visitor service attendants. As management's training lead I developed a training schedule with three flexible options that would allow us to onboard new attendants without interrupting routine operations. This schedule also included a 90 day follow-up process in which I would delegate with the Manager of Operations to schedule and write reviews for all new (or returning) employees every 30 days in order to track their progress, provide feedback, and encourage transparency.

Contributed to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s efforts in containing the spread of COVID-19 and accompanying state-wide residents who had been exposed to and or diagnosed with the virus as a part of the Community Tracing Collaborative. These efforts included calling each resident in order to provide quarantine and isolation instructions, gather critical epidemiological data, and to identify any personal needs or concerns the affected individual(s) may have in order to connect them with potential housing, food, financial, medical, and or transportation support for them and their household via referrals to the CTC’s Care Resource Coordination Program.
