Alessandro joined Poste Italiane Group in June 2012, bringing more than 12 years of experience spent in Telecom Italia Top Client sector managing complex IT projects for some of the major Italian companies.Areas of expertise include Program & Project management, IT strategy, Digital and IT transformation, Data Center management and the capacity to manage relationships with customers, stakeholder and top management.Currently I am responsible to ensure, together with my team, the business continuity for the telecommunications infrastructure plants of Poste Italiane. In charge are the following carrier class platforms:• network and security platforms in Data Center• platforms for corporate and public WiFi services • enterpirse VoIP platforms • Contact Center platforms for internal assistance and customer services • Unified Communications platforms through which videoconferencing, telepresence and call conference services are provided to all employees and top managementThanks to the processes certified by ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 22301 which include - among other things - the integration of the provisioning, assurance, change and H24 monitoring processes, are insured 4 nines Service Level Agrement (99.99%) on the data center infrastructures.The scope of the activities is at national level with particular attention to the areas of Rome, Milan and Turin and at international level for Cloud DCIn my area, infrastructural investments amount to approximately € 11 million / year for technological modernization, regulatory compliance and service evolutions; maintenance costs of around € 6 million / year are also managed.
