• Wide experience in structured finance and project finance;• Corporate finance management skills, good relationship with major banks and financial institutions;• PPP and Concession experience in bid organization/submission and management of huge projects in Australia, Canada, Italy and UAE;• Structuring and implementation of business plan in order to verify the actual cost of the investment and to support the Group in the negotiation of project financing with different financial institutions; • Technical contracts' management and negotiation (EPC, O&M, Technical and Legal DD) with financial Institutions and their advisers; • Financial Risk Management (Forex, Interest Rates, debt and capital structure profile);• Managing the debt structure of the Group and its hedging relationships through complex financial instruments (IRS, Collars, Swaptions) in economic and accounting standards (IAS-compliant); • Treasury management short/medium term for several companies of the Group (SPV and Holding), and production of financial reporting to Top management;• Identification and scouting of business opportunities, focusing mainly on energy and transportation infrastructures;• Support technical and legal departments on negotiation and contracting with main contractors and suppliers in relation to the development of projects;• Coordination of a team.Main Goals achieved:• Financial closing of complex energy and infra ad trasportation projects in Italy, Australia and Canada - project financing for more than 4 bn euros;• Financial closing of different forms of financing and corporate loans - corporate finance loans for more than 1,5 bn euros;• Experience in huge infra and energy projects (bid submission,financial close,day-by-day management) for more than 12 bn euros.

Member of the Board of Directors for the Special Purpose Vehicle company contracted to Design, Build, Finance and Maintain the multi-billion Cross River Rail TSD project in Brisbane.

Member of the Board of Directors of Ghella Investments & Partnerships S.p.A., the concession/PPP company vehicle of Ghella Group which directly hold part of the renewable energy portfolio and all the equity investments in concession/PPP project of the Group.
