Operations Manager
CurrentResponsible for the management and organization of all the activities of the yard reporting directly to the Management and the Property. In particular preparation of the production plan, assignment of the resources, order management and material flows, management and coordination of direct staff and contracted firms.Daily scheduling and supervision of activities on each yard project through the coordination of the Project team Managers and Production Managers.Responsible for the estimation and verification of the Cost Budget of the Order and of the Job order analysis with monitoring of all direct and indirect costs, e alignment with key indicators.Responsible for the Purchasing Department, both for the procurement of materials and for the selection of companies subcontractors, through authorization of Purchase Orders. Collaboration with the commercial office for the preparation of estimates for Tender Offer and variation order of acquired projects, and for final invoicing of orders.Responsible for the infrastructure program and implementation of the plans maintenance and upgrade of the yard according to the annual budget, through the coordination of internal and external resources suitable for maintenance.Manager of the Yacht Crew Village, with all the facilities yard ancillaries (hotel, gym, sport court, spa, restaurant, etc.) through the development and implementation of dedicated business plans and the coordination of resources for facility management.
