Graduated in Management Engineering, with a post-graduate degree in Strategic People Management, I have solid experience in the management area, having worked in two large mining companies (Votorantim and VALE). Dedicated, talented, creative and skilled in developing teamwork, thoughtful and ethical, in addition to having a balanced posture focused on achieving results, resilient with a focus on quality and operational safety, open to challenges and always ready for change.Currently working at VALE Base Metals in the Sossego copper mine, in the short term planning team, supervising the mine dispatch team. I was responsible for the upgrade project of the Dispatch Modular system, going from obsolete versions to the current D6 and Provision (high precision) system, currently in the results capturing phase, obtaining a productivity increase of about US$ 10M, approximately. I manage the mining progress according to plans, managing KPIs of mine process and dispatch, ensuring the optimization of the large size fleet (loading, haulage, drilling and infrastructure). Interface with multidisciplinary teams as maintenance and technology is key for problem solving, which adds hosting, telecon and automation knowledge.Years before, until 2009, I worked in Votorantim Cimentos, also in the mining area with mine dispatch and maintenance of mining equipment, developing maintenance plans and controlling the production process, at that time I had already exercised informal leadership.In the next 10 years until I joined VALE I went to the market, acting between technical and management careers, improving analytical knowledge in several areas, as well as improving the human relationship and unraveling its various conflicts, a role that I perform with ease.
