On a 4-month Junior Consultant project, our group successfully advised a large Parisian recruitment firm on a competitive benchmark of their portfolio, a new pricing strategy for market penetration, and an audit of new target markets (Switzerland, Germany, Italy, UK) with recommendations for access.

Main tasks: Review and consolidation of financial statements, preparation of financial statement notes, recording of invoices, meeting minutes, and monthly updating of costs and revenues in Excel for 30+ small/medium-sized businesses.
