Currently, I am Process Engineering Leader at CWI Software, a company that develops innovative digital solutions for various market segments.As an Agilist, I implement and train people in agile frameworks and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, OKR and Lean, aiming at customer centricity, reducing time-to-market and continuous improvement. I also coach and mentor teams and managers, supporting the definition of objectives, the performance of rituals and the assessment of agile maturity. Some of my achievements are: increasing productivity by 20% with Kanban, generating a 15% increase in revenue with a new digital product and reducing project delivery time by 10% with lean practices.
