Starting with a technical background (electrical engineer) I had a continuous improving responsibility role in several multinational companies as a Sales Manager.Basically I experienced in the Automotive OEM field as supplier of Infotainment Systems (Audio, telephone, navi..) with some excursions in the After Market field (Becker portable navi or Radionavigation units).Goal: currently I manage a turnover of approx. 25 Mio€ having Fiat Group as the major Customer.Specialties: I am not a specialist in a unique matter but I have tuned a very broad experience to solve all the typical problematics linked to a supplier-customer relationship at all levels in Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Production...
