Senior Technical Program Manager
CurrentMain responsibilities and specific skills:- Coordinate internal resources and third parties (whenever applicable) for the flawless execution of projects for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft of major international players in the industry- Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget (up to 5 million euros)- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;- Perform risk management, foreseeing and eliminating possible blockers - Document each step in the process using different project management tools available;- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs;- Proposal drafting and delivery as support to the sales team.Key achievements:- F35 Missile Launcher static and fatigue Qualification Testing (2008)- ICH47F Mod-IT Firing and Integration Trials (2013) - Sea Venom Lynx Mk8 Trial (2017)- Part of team winner of MBDA Business Award 2017 (2018)- SDS ASW Pod Flight Test Demo Trials (2020)- AW149 Firing Trials (2022)Soft skills:- Leadership and management of technical teams- Communication skills with high-level stakeholders- Problem-solving in highly complex technological environmentsSpecific technologies or methodologies:- MS Project, OpenProject, WBS SchedulePro, Redmine, Office, PLM (i.e. Teamcenter, Aras).
