Responsible for the clarification/solution of the claims in agreement with the customer, and internal stakeholders:- Monitors and documents all claim incidents with regard to their appropriate processing. - Reflects and analyzes potential or actual claim incidents, in cooperation with involved management. - Contacts and liaises with vendors / clients to solve the issue. - Reports non-compliancy- incidents incurred.- Manages claims above process-determined thresholds against suppliers / clients. - Works on salvation plans and initiates actions with suppliers / internal stakeholders / clients. - Defends claims imposed by external suppliers / clients, or escalates according to the defined procedures. - Cooperates with other management and professionals

Once the work load decreased as a result of the main job accomplishment, I was allowed to start a new task in the QA department. I became responsible for the control of the instruments used in the mechanical tests on the final products. Once improved myself in the weekly and monthly instrument testing schedule, I asked also for a new task. So, I was given the opportunity to work in the Logistic department as the warehouseman assistant, where I got familiar with waybills, job orders and packaging.
