Key responsibilities:• Serve as strategic partner with the CEO and main point of reference for the shareholders• Represent the Company in external business relationships (clients, partners), local and global trade fairs and conferences• Coordinate new equity rounds and potential M&A and debt transactions working closely with investment banks and financial/legal advisors• Deliver strategic planning and oversee the Company’s projects from finance perspective• Define and implement internal controls and operational procedures• Supervise the relationship with banks, auditors and consultants

Key responsibilities:• M&A advisory for corporate clients and private equity firms:- Selection of target companies (Buy-side M&A) and potential buyers (Sell-side M&A)- Definition of the structure and terms of the transaction- Preparation of pitch and information memorandum- Coordination of the consultants involved in the transaction- Negotiation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement• Debt restructuring advisory:- Design of financial restructuring and turnaround plans- Coordination of the consultants involved in the transaction- Negotiation of the debt restructuring agreement with banks• Company valuations and fairness opinionsIndustry experience: Infrastructure, Real Estate, Environmental Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Automotive
