Owned by the Merloni family, has currently a gross revenues of 1.150 Million Euro, with 6.500 employees, 20 plants, 41 legal entities, and it is present in over 150 countries.Main responsibilities/activities:• Reengineering of HR internal processes, praxis and systems, implementing them across the Group, ensuring standardisation / adaptation, consistently with Company’s values and business priorities• Supporting the Top Management in accelerating the processes of managerial and international growth , as well as the integration of acquired companies, in order to ensure the Group’s “turn-around”• Identification and development of internal Key People, attracting and inducting critical external managerial competencies• Managing and executing restructuring projects aimed to reduce costs and to improve efficiency /effectiveness of internal processes ( industrial, commercial, staff )

Before I'we worked for 14 years at PIRELLI GROUP ( 6/1987-9/2001) as HR&O Director in different countries both for tyres and cables businesses.
