I'm an industrial engineer. I have been a consultant, for many years with different italian firms, as PM, senior consultant and temporary manager in supply chain and operations area. Now I'm the operations director of a company located in Italy and Moldova (400 people). I lead a group of 40 people in Italy and all the production staff abroad. I opened different production and logistic collaborations in Albania an Romania, to improve the production capacity, optimize the efficency and reduce costs and time to market. I lead the external warehause partner with a costant monitoring of performace and I lead with my quality manager a multietnical QC team of 6 people with the goal of a costant supervisioning of our far east suppliers chosen after an accurate research with my lead buyers. I regulary plan the hr improvement training initatives for the staff and monitoring the performances.
