in the area of Operations Transformations, I worked in the Insurance community, where I gave my contribution principally to two projects:- Monitoring and Financial Disclosure of insurance-based investment products- Development of a new platform for the information flows among companies and distributors of insurance products. I followed the development mainly in its conception phase.

Decathlon, with other 3 international companies, Juema (Toy), Plastinher (Urban textile) and Michelin (Tyre), takes part in an EU project called SOFTMANBOT, 100% financed by the European Commission (Directorate for Research and Innovation) until march 2023. The final purpose of the SOFTMANBOT project is the implementation of an innovative and holistic robotic system for the handling of flexible and deformable materials within labour-intensive production processes. ​I took part of an international team which was responsible for: 1) the proposal of a framework for the economic evaluation of the technology's impact for reshoring/maintaining production in Europe2) the identification of a set of KPIs, relevant for the end users, following the analysis of the manufacturing processes and the relative costs 3) the evaluation of the economic feasibility of the SOFTMANBOT system implementation in the lines.
