Product Delivery Engineer
CurrentI’m currently working as senior member in delivery team of A.N.T.S., a suite of automated revenue and service assurance solutions used by both fixed and mobile operators and carriers for active testing and monitoring of end-to-end service QoS.My main tasks have been in:- delivery team coordination - product installation, configuration and customization in production environment- platform maintenance, including software version upgrade and migration planning and execution- new releases and features acceptance activities management- presales demo and trials technical responsibility- design, realization and validation of automatic procedures for mobile services test- analysis and implementation of roaming testing campaign compliant with GSMA standard suites (IREG, GRQ)- Customer relationship and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management- feasibility study and effort evaluation- creation and management of service monitoring report, data analysis and presentation to customers- training planning and provisioning for partners and customers- Quality Assurance team support, test case design and no-regression testing- customer defects tracking, analysis and resolution deployment- troubleshooting and second level customer support- requirements drafting and analysis - technical documentation writingHaving qualified as Electronic Engineer and with acquired experience with Ericsson Telecommunication, I have a background in telecommunication networks, their structure and used protocols. Working with A.N.T.S. team, my knowledge in these fields has focused on mobile services, developing, at the same time, transversal skills among networking, system administration and database interaction, together with a natural disposition toward result oriented problem solving and troubleshooting.
