In my Senior Data Scientist position I am applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques to Chemistry and Biological data (in particular in the field of Metabolomics).

I worked as a software developer for the CRYSTAL software (http://www.crystal.unito.it). In particular, I extended some routines of the code to be able to study chemical bonding in atoms containing f- and g- type basis functions. Also, we created a GitHub repository with some extremely useful python tools to interact with the CRYSTAL code.

in my role as Data Scientist, I studied the Italian Vaccination debate on Twitter. We applied Network Science and Machine Learning methods to describe Echo Chambers and to predict which side, pro-vax or anti-vax, a user would join based on its tweets.
