ACTIVITIES▪ Identifying new project proposals meant to enrich the educational offer of Scuola del Fare Giulia Civita Franceschi, a vocational training school located in Naples and devoted to reintegrate in education 14-19 year old kids. New projects were meant to: ◦ Facilitate access to books and reading opportunities (School Library Project); ◦ Improve soft skills through workshops and exchanges with two vocational training schools in Italy (Cometa Formazione, AFP Patronato San Vincenzo) (Teen Not Neet Project); ◦ Improve basic digital skills (School Digital Lab Project)Methods used to identify new proposal: focus groups, one to one interviews, participatory ZOPP analysis, stakeholder analysis, SWOT analysis.▪ Writing and submitting project proposals to public funders and private foundations▪ Implementing the projects mentioned above (both remotely and being present on the field)▪ Monitoring, evaluation and reporting▪ Support to the fundraising and communication activities of the foundationACHIEVEMENTSAs far as the project management activity is concerned:▪ 140 kids had access to books and reading opportunities: a new library was built inside the school and workshops contributed to change the perception of reading as an interesting, instead of boring, activity;▪ 91% of the participants of Teen Not Neet improved at least on one indicator of at least one of the soft skills trained; 36% of them improved on all indicators in at least one soft skills;▪ 107 kids improved basic digital skills and 18 of them became interested in developing advaced coding skills.As far as the instituional fundraising activity is concerned:▪ 4/5 project applications were successfully funded (Agenzia per la Coesione Territoriale, Centro per il Libro e la Lettura; Fondazione Deutsche Bank; Fondazione di Comunità di Milano).All these achieviements were obtained thanks to the participation of teachers, educators and other organisational staff I worked with.

ACTIVITIES▪ Writing project proposals together with TCF Pakistan's local team in order to: ensure quality education and school attendancy for 1.352 kids in Sindh and 1.578 kids in Punjab; renew and reorganize 257 government primary schools; research and implement a new school curriculum oriented to a whole child development;▪ Submitting grant requests to Italian and European private foundations;▪ Assisting the annual reporting process;▪ Organizing fundraising events and campaigns: Christmas Campaign, Gala event, 5 per mille Campaign;▪ Managing donor care services for individual donors;▪ Planning and realizing communication contents for blog and social media.ACHIEVEMENTS▪ Submitted 6 project proposals to Italian and European private foundations;▪ Raised funds (through events and campaigns) for the equivalent of 1 year operational costs of an entire school in Pakistan;▪ +137% increase in individual donations' income (2021's first quarter, compared to 2020's).

ACTIVITIES▪ Assisting in the process of Project Cycle Management: partnership selection, need analysis of the target group (kids with ASD), general and specific objectives definition, selection of a strategy of intervention, design of activities' workpackages, definition of indicators and monitoring sources, budgeting.▪ Writing of the project description and budget for the RUN4EU project▪ Assisting in rescheduling the implementation of other projects' activities due to Covid-19 emergency▪ Communication with local and international partnersACHIEVEMENTS:▪ Submitted application for the project "RUN4EU" within the European programme Erasmus+. The project aims at enhancing social inclusion for kids with Autistic Spectrum Disorder through sport on a European level.
