Responsibilities:- installation of new industrial facilities- software and hardware modifications on the existing systems- optimization of the processes of melting, casting and homogenization- furnaces refractory maintenance- calibration of measuring instruments (OES)- sample preparation and analysis of microstructure and grain size of 6000 aluminium alloys through optical microscopy.Managed multiple projects of industrial facilities installation such as semicontinuous DC casting machine (Wagstaff), melting-casting furnace and twin chamber melting furnace (LOI Tenova), EM stirrer (ABB), batch homogenizing furnace (Hertwich), strapping machine (Hertwich), EM pump (Pyrotek), charging machine, billet handling system, water treatment plant, overhead-crane. The projects were followed directly from the design stage until the final acceptance test.

Erasmus Traineeship period aimed at the development for the experimental project for the master thesis. Project focused on nanocomposites filled with metal-organic frameworks.
