The Center for Leadership and Service serves as the liaison between the student body and involvement opportunities on campus, ranging from clubs, volunteer opportunities, and leadership development. My responsibilities consisted of:• Oversee 20 different student groups each semester at Kean University dealing with correspondence, organization registration, conflict-resolution, involvement advising, and student group development.• Instruct club leaders on student organization funds management through fundraising and banking workshops.• Delivered 20 presentations to freshmen GE classes of 30 students during fall semester about student involvement, resume building, and leadership.• Design Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to organize data needed for daily office operations. Created time-tracking excel spreadsheet that is used office-wide by full-time supervisors. Optimized current spreadsheets through the use of formulas.• Assist in hosting monthly recruitment events for student-led clubs and bake sales.
