I am part of the Talent, Development & D&I Team at Sky Italy's headquarters in Milan. I collaborate closely with HR People Partners in Italy and am involved in various projects with colleagues from the UK&I and DACH.- I am a member of the Sky Listening Group Team and serve as the project owner for the Engagement Survey and Leader Learning Needs Survey at Sky Italy. In this role, I am accountable for the organization and successful delivery of these projects.- I manage the coordination of focus groups within the company to gather qualitative insights regarding the primary pain points identified in the Engagement survey. This information is pivotal in guiding our action planning process.- I have played a crucial role in the team dedicated to creating the new Sky Italy e-learning platform. In this capacity, I have been actively involved in creating and curating content, as well as promoting the platform within the company.- I am responsible for managing and building the main funded trainings and related communication plans for Sky Italy - Since joining Sky Italy, I have obtained two certifications: Hogan Assessment Certification and Insights Discovery Client Practitioner. Alongside my certified colleagues, I organize development activities for different departments to enhance cohesion and collaboration among them.
