I was entrusted with a number of projects of competitive analysis, focused on several competitors of Natuzzi, which were aimed at supporting the commercial team in the formulation of an appropriate product offer and, therefore, a price proposal. Thanks to this experience, I’ve had the chance to enhance even more my proficiency of English language, as the companies targeted for the analysis were foreign, and to become more skilled and familiar with Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Working as an intern in the Consular Section of U.S. Consulate General, I've had the opportunity to be responsible for many tasks:1) The update of a huge roster of doctors, lawyers and translators who are available to provide assistance to the American Citizens in case of emergency/necessity, a project which resulted to be vital for the job of the Special Consular Services Unit.2) The drafting of the Emergency Handbook Plan, a part of a broader project focused on a list of contacts that includes all the public and private services available for the American Citizens in the Naples Consular District (which includes the entire South of Italy).3) Dealing with the clients who weekly came to the Consulate asking for a permission of staying in the U.S. , a chance that allowed me to directly work on the documentation required in order to gain a VISA, learning all the differences between the several types of VISAs and the forms required for each one of them

Erasmus Internship in a tourist center whose aim was to preserve the Irish Heritage of the West Cork Railroad. Main Tasks:1) Knowledge of the railroad history and ability to explain it to incoming tourists;2) Team-Working and division of duties among tourist assistants;3) Proactively helping with the economical management of the center
